For repeat E-Scripts to be emailed to you
1) Check that your current E-Script has indeed expired or the last repeat has been collected.
2) Email secretaryap@outlook.com with the following information:
  - Your child's full name and date of birth

  - The medication's name, formulation (tablet, capsule, liquid etc), dosage, and dose times

  - Up-to-date medicare card details (number and expiry date)

3) ​Please allow at least a 2 week buffer for the E-Script, as your clinician may be on leave at the time of the request.

4) Your child may be due clinical review and review of their medication(s)
