Paediatrician and Practice Director
BSc MBBS FRACP
Louis is a General Paediatrician trained at the Sydney Children's Hospital. Louis is a paediatrician at the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Bankstown Hospital, and the Prince of Wales Private Hospital. In addition to General Paediatrics, Louis’ training has included experience in Neonatal Intensive Care, Paediatric Intensive Care, Emergency Paediatrics, and Developmental and Community Paediatrics. He is the Director of Physician Education and the Medical Lead in Ambulatory Services at Sydney Children's Hospital. Louis loves just hanging out and learning from his three beautiful children.
Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics
Jessica is an Accredited Practising Dietitian. She graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2009 with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. Jessica has specialised as a paediatric dietitian, and works at the Sydney Children's Hospital. Jessica has extensive experience in managing children of all ages and in a range of conditions including the nutritional management of food allergies, fussy eating, growth faltering, constipation, vegetarian/vegan diets, micronutrient deficiencies (including iron deficiency) and infant feeding. She has completed her SOS Approach to Feeding training. Jessica's expertise encompasses the dietetic management of the most complex patients in a tertiary children's hospital setting. Her emphasis is always a collaborative and practical approach with patients and their families.
Ngon is a General Paediatrician trained at the Sydney Children’s Hospital. She has completed fellow positions in Respiratory Medicine and General Paediatrics. Ngon is currently a Consultant Paediatrician at Sydney Children’s Hospital and was previously a specialist in the Sydney South West Local Health District. Ngon is a passionate clinician with expertise in a variety of paediatric conditions affecting newborns through to adolescents. Her particular interests include infant health, growth and nutrition, paediatric respiratory conditions and working with children from vulnerable backgrounds.
BA BSc Speech Path MSPA CPSP
Ali is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist, trained at the University of Western Australia, Curtin University and the University of Alberta, Canada.
Ali has extensive experience working in both the private and public sectors, including Sydney Children’s Hospital. She is skilled at providing assessment and intervention to children with a range of communication difficulties through fun and engaging sessions that keep children happy and motivated. Ali specialises in assessing and treating children with difficulties in speech, language, fluency (stuttering) and social skills. Ali is also competent in literacy interventions for children with mild to severe difficulties with spelling, reading and writing. Ali is passionate about collaborative intervention and specialises in working with parents, carers, teachers and other professionals to help children improve their communication skills. Although Ali has extensive training in remedial communication techniques (including PROMPT, DIR-Floortime®, Lindamood-Bell Visualizing and Verbalizing® Program for Comprehension & Thinking, the Spalding Method, Key Word Sign, the Lidcombe Program) and has completed training at the Melbourne Children’s Hospital in Paediatric Voice Disorders and Cleft and Velopharyngeal Dysfunction, her skills are predominantly based on years of experience helping children enjoy achieving measurable results.
BSc (Hons), Master of Psychology (Clinical)
Angela has worked as a psychologist for over 19 years in different settings including family and youth services, community health services and children’s hospitals including Sydney Children’s Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital in London. Angela is passionate about working with children and their families and has throughout her career worked with this group exclusively. Her areas of experience include supporting parents and families with children experiencing emotional and behavioural issues including toddler and preschool behaviour management, enuresis, and grief and loss. Angela also has an interest in the effects that illness and developmental delays may have on children and their families (including siblings). She has expertise in the assessment and diagnosis of children with delays and developmental disorders including Autistic Spectrum Disorders and intellectual and learning difficulties. She is a Certified Tutor in use of the Griffiths Scales of Mental Developmental. She has undergone formal training in Triple P Positive Parenting Program and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS). Along with her private practice, she works at the Sydney Children’s Hospital’s Diagnosis and Assessment Clinic for children with suspected developmental delays and disorders. Angela adopts a collaborative approach in working with families and aims to provide information in a down to earth manner.
Paediatric Sleep Physician and Consultant Paediatrician
Catherine is a Paediatric Sleep Physician and General Paediatrician trained at the Sydney Children's Hospital. In addition to general childhood medical conditions, she has a special interest in obstructive sleep apnoea, insomnia and various non-respiratory sleep disorders. As a Conjoint Lecturer with UNSW, she is involved in training undergraduate medical students. She is interested in medical research studies and has presented her research work in several national and international conferences. Catherine is the mother of two teenage boys, and enjoys travelling, cooking and gardening.
Paediatric Neurologist and Consultant Paediatrician
Preena trained through the Sydney Children's Hospital's Network (Randwick and Westmead). She holds dual specialist qualifications in both General Paediatrics and Paediatric Neurology. Preena has more than 12 years clinical experience working and training in paediatrics. Her particular interests include neurological conditions, behavioural disorders, developmental delay and early detection of cerebral palsy. She was a clinical fellow at Sydney Children's Hospital in both general neurology and epilepsy. She is currently a Research Fellow in Neurology at the Sydney Children's Hospital, with an interest in epilepsy. She is a part of the NSW Acute Seizure Management Committee and has co-authored the state seizure management guidelines. Preena is an active member of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Neurologists. She is a Conjoint Lecturer at the University of New South Wales. Being a parent herself she is compassionate, understanding, and works in partnership with the families to help achieve the best possible outcomes through up to date and evidenced based medicine.

Maureen and Carol have been working as Practice Managers for medical specialists for over 20 years and with this practice since inception. They are both highly skilled in managing the needs of both the children and families. They endeavour to streamline the experience of families and their children.
